Returns & Exchanges

HGUIDELINES:

All returns & exchanges must be submitted to OG Scooters within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return procedures may vary by product, therefore it is important that you contact us with detailed information. OG Scooters are not liable for any returns made without full authorisation

Any item that has been altered, modified or has passed the allotted return shipping period will NOT be eligible for a refund, exchange or return.

Returned items MUST be in new condition and in it’s original packaging in order to receive a full refund (excluding the return shipping fee). 

Please be advised:



10% restocking fee will be applied to ANY returns not in its original packaging but in brand new conditon. If the item is for an exchange, then the standard 10% restocking fee will be waived as a courtesy. If the items receive are damaged, worn or show signs of use, depending on the condition, a 10% - 20% damage fee may be deducted from your refund. If the condition of the product is in an “unsellable” state, your return will not be accepted.


DAMAGED OR DEFICTIVE PRODUCTS:

If you received a damaged product in your order please get in contact with us.


INCORRECT PRODUCT SHIPPING:

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us. It is important you contact us before making a return because you may or may not need to return the product. This will be determined on a case-by-Case basis when you contact OG Scooters.


REFUNDS: 

Refunds are issued within two business days of receiving any returned orders. Be advised it may take some time for refunded transactions to settle into your accounts be advised a 10% restocking fee will be applied to your return. For any return or exchange claim, shipping costs are non-refundable.
